The photos were taken Halloween 1963 at the White House with JFK and kids -- Track 19 is a reference to "Something to Tide You Over" in 1982's Creepshow.  The performers of Track 23 are no relation to the TV show, except in name.

Can't Scare 'Em All

A 1998 release which proves you can't take a plug seriously sometimes.

This is 72 minutes of what the creator, BCI, promises:  "The most chilling music ever! Over 20 songs to set the mood for a scary beat. Listen along with the ghosts to their music. Spice up your scary stories with this music in the background for a more frightful experience. Make your friends scream by scaring them to the beats of this CD. Listen to them everywhere to have the Halloween spirit in you."

But this is a lie, a lie I tell you!  The actual contents are:
