Since we don't have eighteen months in the year, we're never gonna have a 18/12. So here we are on 1/12.

It's an interesting import, “made in Belgium.”  I immediately noticed that the banner across the bottom does not spell “minutes” correctly.  I would have wished for more flourishes in the “1812,” but it’s an OK performance of some good music.
