My first acquaintance with the Golden Gate Quartet was "Atom and Evil," the opening track of the soundtrack album of The Atomic Cafe. The version on this collection is a different recording.
Another fine song is Track 13. I'm not the only one who liked it. SF author Philip José Farmer references "No Restricted Signs" in River of Eternity, the novel which was the first version of his Riverworld concept. Info about THAT confluence here, on the Super Blog.
See you on Monday for a month of music tied to St Patrick's Day!
This is good, classic stuff. One could almost believe.
